Managing Your Account
Creating a CRM Account
To create a new account with Ælen CRM:
- Go to our Sign Up page.
- Enter your business email, company name, and choose a workspace name.
- Create a secure password.
- Verify your email address.
- Set up your workspace and invite teammates.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to get started.
Updating Profile Information
To edit your personal details:
- Log in to your account.
- Click your profile avatar and navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Update your name, job title, or contact information.
- Save changes.
Some updates may require re-authentication for security purposes.
Changing Your Password
If you’ve forgotten or want to change your password:
- Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset it.
- If you’re logged in, go to Settings > Security to update your password manually.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced protection.
Managing Account and Team Settings
CRM admins can customize workspace access and preferences:
- Invite or remove team members.
- Assign user roles (Admin, Sales, Support, etc.).
- Configure team-wide settings and feature access under Settings > Team Management.
- Adjust notification preferences and integration settings.
Closing Your Account
To deactivate your CRM account:
- Make sure all active tasks or leads are reassigned.
- Export any critical data.
- Contact Ælen CRM support with your request.
Note: Account closures are permanent and may require identity verification.
FAQ
Can I get a refund if Ælen’s not right for me?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, we’ll refund your full subscription—no questions asked. Just reach out to support with your account info and reason for canceling. Refunds are typically processed in 5–7 business days and apply to both monthly and annual plans.
Do you offer custom pricing for large teams?
We do. Enterprise clients get flexible pricing based on team size, contract length, and feature needs. We also offer dedicated onboarding, support, and integrations. Contact our sales team to talk about a tailored plan for your company.
How does the Ælen referral program work?
Invite a friend, and when they sign up for a paid plan, you both get 20% off your next billing cycle. There’s no cap on referrals, so the savings stack up. Share your unique link from your dashboard to start earning rewards.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. Your subscription covers all core features, updates, and standard support. Extra services—like advanced onboarding, custom integrations, or premium support—are optional and clearly priced. No surprises.
Is Ælen optimized for performance?

Can I use Ælen with other CMS platforms?
Ælen is built with Astro, but you can connect it to any headless CMS or data source you like—Sanity, Contentful, Ghost, or even a custom API. It’s flexible enough to adapt to whatever stack you're using.
Is there dark mode?
Ælen ships in light mode by default, but you can easily add dark mode support with Tailwind’s dark variant. A full toggle is just a few lines of config away—no plugin necessary.
Can I customize the components?
Definitely. Ælen’s components are built with flexibility in mind—fully reusable, well-commented, and easy to adapt to your branding or design system. Tweak, remix, or completely overhaul—it’s your call.
